Ordering FAQ's

What should I expect when ordering direct from the artist?
Upon receipt of your product interest form, I will contact you directly to arrange your purchase.  At this time I do not accept credit cards.  Typically I will confirm that your order is in stock and will request payment via check or money order.  I will also at this time give you a quote on shipping.  Once your payment is received I will personally pack and ship your order.  Customer satisfaction guaranteed.  For more information contact me at my studio, 814-587-2765.  Also note: prints direct from the studio are UNFRAMED.  Framing suggestions are available from the artist.

Why aren't all products available direct from the artist?
Some prints and products are available directly from my studio. If you click ORDER HERE for a particular product, your product interest form will be sent directly to me and I will personally arrange your purchase and shipping preferences. Other products are only available through Tapestry Productions or ImageKind.com. In these cases the ORDER HERE hyperlink will take you off-site to their online stores. Both companies offer quality reproductions and have excellent customer service.

What is Tapestry Productions?
Tapestry Productions is a Christian Publishing Company that handles reproductions of some of my Christian paintings.  Their site is very easy to navigate and all ordering, payment, and shipping of my products is handled by their online store (www.tapestryproductions.com).  Clicking on the ORDER HERE link on my Shop page will take you there....

What is ImageKind.com?
I have partnered with a company called ImageKind, which is an online art community and on-demand printing company. They offer high-end custom printing of my artwork. They offer a variety of print sizes, paper formats, and framing options.

Is ordering from ImageKind.com difficult?
No.  Even if you are unfamiliar with the printing and framing process, I have set up default framing options that compliment the products. FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

Step One: Click the ORDER HERE link for the print of your choice on my Shop page.

Step Two: Once you arrive at ImageKind.com via the ORDER HERE link on my Shop page, you will see the order page for the print of your choice.

Step Three: Click on Buy A Print button of you want to buy a print unframed; Click on Custom Frame button if you want to buy a framed print. Follow their instructions.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: 
*All prints come with a 1/8" white border.

*The default paper is a matte finish, which is very nice. If you want to spend more, you can get an enhanced paper (the "photo glossy" is especially nice for not much more money). The print will come mailed in a sturdy tube if unframed. There is no scripture or title on this print....it is the artwork only.

*There is a box at the end of the checkout process where you can put special instructions about custom printing and shipping.
